General Provisions & Check-In
- 24-Hour Checkout Policy: Your room reservation is valid for a full 24 hours from your time of check-in. Guests may arrive at any hour and depart at the corresponding hour the following day.
- Mandatory Identification: In compliance with local regulations, a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is strictly required for all guests prior to check-in.
Guest Conduct & Liability
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Management holds the absolute right to evict any guest engaging in disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without issuing a refund.
- Guests shall be held strictly financially liable for any damages caused to hotel property, fixtures, or amenities during their occupancy.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising out of this agreement or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Basti, Uttar Pradesh.
