Standard Booking Policy
- All room reservations made through the Hotel Balaji Prakash website are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, zero cancellations or modifications to the dates of stay are permitted.
No-Shows & Early Departures
- In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the guest will forfeit the entire total of the reservation. No partial or full refunds will be issued.
- If a guest chooses to check out earlier than their scheduled departure date, the hotel will retain the full payment for the originally booked duration.
Payment Gateway & Disputes
- By completing a reservation, the guest explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this zero-cancellation policy. Chargebacks or disputes filed through Razorpay or the issuing bank regarding cancellations will be contested using this agreed-upon policy.
